All the As to your Qs

Yesterday I introduced you to my brand new program, Home Systems Made Simple, and wow—the response has been incredible.

But, given that this is something brand new, we've also gotten a lot of questions over the past 24 hours, which I suppose isn’t all that surprising.

In any case, I thought I’d spend a little time answering some of the most common questions we’ve been getting, just in case you were wondering these things too.

Fair warning–this email is looooong! But if you have any additional questions that aren't covered here, just hit reply and ask me!

Q: I've tried so many planners, courses, and systems before, and I can never seem to stick with anything long-term. What makes this different?

A: I get asked this a lot, and here's the honest answer: Most systems fail because they're designed for an idealized version of your life, not your ACTUAL life.

They require you to be someone you're not. They assume you have unlimited time, energy, and cooperation from your family. They're rigid and inflexible, so the second life throws you a curveball (which it always does), the whole thing falls apart.

Home Systems Made Simple is different because it's designed specifically for real life. For busy women who have a lot going on. For schedules that shift. For families that don't always cooperate. For weeks when everything goes sideways.

Every system is customizable to YOUR life, YOUR schedule, YOUR family, YOUR home. And because each lesson includes a Quick Win that you can implement immediately, you're not trying to overhaul your entire life at once. You're building one system at a time, in a way that actually sticks. There are also assessment tools to help you figure out which system will be most effective for you right now.

Q: I don't have time to go through another course. How long will this take?

A: Here's what I love about this: You don't need to carve out extra time.

Each lesson is only 15-20 minutes, and it's delivered in a private podcast format. That means you can listen on your phone while you're doing dishes, folding laundry, driving carpool, walking the dog, or prepping dinner. You don’t have to sit and watch a bunch of videos, or fill out endless worksheets. Just listen, then implement.

And because the Quick Wins are designed to be simple and immediately actionable, you're not adding a bunch of extra work to your plate. You're actually creating systems that SAVE you time in the long run.

You can binge listen to the whole thing in a couple of hours, but you can also take it one lesson at a time, implementing as you go.

Q: Will this work for my specific situation? I'm [single/married/working full-time/stay-at-home/have teenagers/have toddlers/work from home/etc.]

A: Yes! That's actually the whole point.

One of the biggest mistakes most home management systems make is assuming everyone's life looks the same. But your life doesn't look like mine. And mine doesn't look like your neighbor's.

That's why Home Systems Made Simple focuses on teaching you the FRAMEWORK for creating systems that work—and then gives you the tools to customize those systems for YOUR specific life.

The Custom GPTs (AI-powered tools) that come with the course literally walk you through personalized questions based on YOUR schedule, YOUR family situation, YOUR priorities. So you're not getting cookie-cutter advice. You're getting a system built for you.

Whether you're a working mom with littles, an empty-nester figuring out your new rhythm, a work-from-home entrepreneur, or anything in between—this works.

Q: What if I'm just bad at routines? What if I'm the problem?

A: If you've struggled to stick with routines in the past, it's not because you're lazy or undisciplined or broken. It's because you haven't had a system that works for how YOUR brain operates.

Lesson 2 is specifically about how to create habits that stick—even when you've failed at them before. We talk about why most habit advice doesn't work, and what actually DOES work (backed by science, not just motivation).

And here's the thing: This course is designed for women who have tried and "failed" before. That's who I created it for. So if you're worried that you're going to mess this up too—don't be. This is built for you.

Q: I can barely keep up with what I'm already doing. How am I supposed to implement a whole new system?

A: You're not implementing a whole new system all at once. That's the beauty of it.

You're implementing ONE Quick Win at a time. One small change. One simple routine.

For example, Lesson 3 teaches you the Magic 5—five simple daily practices that will instantly make your home feel tidier. That's it. Five things. It takes about 15 minutes a day. And it makes a HUGE difference.

You don't have to do everything. You just have to do the right things. And this course shows you exactly what those things are.

Q: What exactly do I get for $49?

A: Great question! Here's everything that's included:

  • 9 bite-sized audio lessons—(15-20 minutes each) delivered via private podcast so you can listen on the go

  • 9 Quick Wins—one simple, immediately actionable step for each lesson that together add up to significant change—and a calmer, more organized home.

  • Complete Implementation Workbook with worksheets, checklists, and templates for every lesson

  • Weekly Rhythm GPT—a custom-built, AI-powered tool that will help you create a weekly rhythm and “ideal” schedule that actually works for your life. It’s been trained to help you work through sticking points and help you find workable solutions so that you can feel more in control of your days. (This GPT alone is worth its weight in gold!)

  • Weekend Prep Plan Maker GPT—an additional custom built, AI-powered tool designed to help you build your own custom “Weekend Prep” plan, tailored to your unique needs, your schedule, and your own biggest sticking points so that you have a concrete way to make your weeks run smoother. (Also worth its weight in gold!)

  • Lifetime access—you can revisit the lessons and tools anytime you need a reset

  • Instant access—start listening and implementing today

All for $49. No strings. No long term commitment. Just everything you need to create home systems that actually work.

Q: How does this compare to your legacy products from Living Well Spending Less–things like Living Well Academy and the Home Systems Toolbox?

A: I’ve been teaching home systems for a very long time—literally since 2010—so if you’ve been around for a long time, or if you’ve purchased some of those products in the past, there will likely be concepts that feel familiar. That said, Home Systems Made Simple brings it all together in a new and much more simplified way. All the lessons are brand new, as are the GPT tools that I’ve created specifically for this program.

Q: What if I buy it and don't use it?

A: Then you're out $49. Which honestly isn't a huge risk.

But I promise that the value you’ll get from using even just one of the two custom GPTs will more than pay for the cost of this program, even if you did nothing else.

The real question isn't "What if I don't use it?" The real question is: "What if I DO use it—and it actually works?"

What would it be worth to you to finally have a home that runs smoothly? To stop feeling constantly overwhelmed and behind? To go to bed at night feeling accomplished instead of defeated?

I'm guessing it's worth a lot more than $49.

Q: What is the Home Systems Accelerator GPT Bundle? Do I need that too?

A: The Home Systems Accelerator GPT Bundle is a set of 3 additional AI-powered custom GPT tools that you can add to your order to help implement additional Home Systems in your life.

This includes:

  • The Cleaning Rhythm Creator GPT—a custom built AI-powered tool designed to help you design a custom cleaning plan for your home that takes into account your needs, preferences, time availability, and even the amount of help you have access to.

  • The Information Filter GPT—a custom built AI-powered tool that will help you implement a system for dealing with the overwhelming amount of paperwork and digital “information clutter” that so often leads to decision fatigue. If you’ve ever felt like you’re drowning in papers and email, this will help you create a system that works for you.

  • The Weekly Meal Planner GPT—a handy custom-built AI powered tool you can use weekly to easily create a meal plan that works for your family, your dietary needs, your schedule, and even the food you have on hand right now.

All three of these AI-powered tools are incredibly useful, and designed to help you create workable systems for your home. Each one is valued at $97 on its own, but you can add the Accelerator Bundle to your order for just an additional $49.

Q: When does this close? Do I need to decide right now?

A: Home Systems Made Simple isn't closing. It's available now and will remain available.

BUT—right now, this week, I'm offering it to my email list first at this introductory price of $49 before I launch it publicly. And I'm not sure yet when the price will be going up, but it will.

Suffice to say, it’s best to grab it ASAP if you’re interested.

Still have questions? Just hit reply and ask! I'm here to help.

xoxo, Ruth

P.S. If you're still thinking about it, ask yourself this: What's the cost of NOT having systems that work? How much longer are you willing to feel overwhelmed, scattered, and constantly behind at home? Sometimes the best investment you can make is the one that finally helps you get unstuck.
